      There can be a variety of reasons and instances which can lead to your AOL account getting deactivated or deleted. Some of them have been discussed below and you can check for yourself which suits you the best. If this happens, you can always create a new user account. But keep this thing in mind that your old username will no longer be available.
      • Maybe you had requested AOL to delete your account.
      • There was no activity in the account and it remained inactive for a year.
      • The account had violated the AOL oath and did not abide by the terms and conditions.
      If none of the above-mentioned reasons are applicable to yours or if you wish to understand the violation of the oath, then you are requested to contact the AOL support number as soon as possible.
